Description

This boning knife with large blade is made of Sandvik stainless steel which is a Swedish stainless steel with a superior hardness, an outstanding cutting performance and a more durable knife edge (the sharpening frequency is divided by two). Ultra-precise robotically-made sharpening.
It is fitted with a non-slip bi-material handle ensuring great comfort. This handle is made of polypropylene to guarantee a perfect junction between the blade and the handle. Polypropylene is covered over 80% with smooth elastomer for better grip and comfort. The ergonomic handle is fitted with non-slip striations, for a use by any size or any shape of hand. It also decreases the risk of musculoskeletal disorders.
The Sandvik knife with large blade is available with various blade lengths: 12, 14 or 17 cm. It is also available with other blade lengths and other colours upon request (not available online): please contact our customer service team for a quote.
