Poultry chilling

Poultry chilling is an important step of the slaughtering process following evisceration. During chilling, a poultry carcasses temperature decreases and moisture retained in eviscerated carcasses reduces. Thus, poultry becomes more stable from a microbiological point of view and gets to the optimal temperature for cutting. To make chilling easier, birds can be placed on a chilling trolley. Various types of chilling trolleys are available, tubular chilling trolleys, trolleys with perforated aluminum racks or trolleys with peaks. We can also supply specific trolley for rabbits, turkeys etc.
