After validation of your order, we do our best to prepare your order as quickly as possible:

  • Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 10:30 am are prepared and dispatched the same day, whenever possible, excluding public holidays and annual closure periods.
  • Orders placed Monday to Thursday after 10:30am are prepared and dispatched usually the next day, excluding public holidays and annual closure periods.
  • Orders placed on Fridays are usually prepared and dispatched on Mondays, excluding public holidays and annual closure periods.

Order returns

You have changed your mind or have you made a mistake with your order? Do you wish to cancel your order? We offer you the possibility of retracting your order!

You have 14 clear days (except holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays) from the delivery of your order, to exercise your right of withdrawal and inform us of your request for return. This last one will have to be notified to us via our contact form, accessible in the heading Contact. We will then send you as soon as possible an acknowledgment of receipt of your request by email and will indicate the terms of return of your order. Your return order must be received within 14 days of your request, at the address indicated in our correspondence. The cost of returning your order remains at your charge, but we can provide you, upon request, with the cost of return transport. We can also help you, if you wish, to organize the return with our usual carriers. The return shipping costs can be taken care of by Paypal under certain conditions.

Once your order is returned and received by our services, we will proceed to its reimbursement as soon as possible (provided that the products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition, damaged, soiled, or incomplete items will not be accepted).
