Recommended for small processing units with low capacity, our range of manual evisceration tools can be very useful to help you eviscerate poultry. Poultry shears will allow you to cut poultry feet and wings. The evisceration fork enables you to eviscerate poultry while providing an alternative option to hand evisceration. Our gut hook allows you to remove poultry intestines while leaving lungs, heart, liver and gizzard inside the carcass. The lung rake facilitates the removing of lungs and the flushing of the carcass. The use of a hand-operated sinew puller enables to separate the leg and pulls the sinew of turkeys quickly and easily, in one single operation.
