Depending on capacity, poultry evisceration can be operated either manually or by using semi-automatic evisceration equipment to make it easier and faster. Our equipment allow you either to completely eviscerate poultry or to remove only the intestines while leaving lungs, heart, liver and gizzard inside the carcass. We can also provide some equipment to remove turkey sinew, to facilitate gizzards processing and to cut poultry feet and wing. In order to facilitate poultry wastes collection and manutention we can also provide a wide range of carcass containers. After being eviscerated, poultry is ready for chilling.
