Rotary plucker for wet plucking chicken. Allows you to pluck quickly several scalded chickens at the same time.
This poultry plucking machine makes plucking easier and faster for small processing units. The DIT 65 chicken plucker is also suitable for lean ducks, pigeons, geese and small turkeys (7kg max).
The DIT 65 chicken plucker is intended for the wet plucking of several birds simultaneously. The plucking machine capacity may vary depending on the type of poultry and on its weight and size.
The DIT 65 chicken plucker is fitted with:
- a removable drum with a rotary bottom,
- two types of rubber plucking fingers (DIT ONE 65T plucking fingers and DIT ONE 65S plucking fingers, available as spare parts): half of them have a ribbed surface and the other half is fitted with studs for greater efficiency.
- a water spraying system to evacuate removed feathers,
- plastic adjustable feet
- seals on the frame and plastic supporting legs to reduce noise,
- a protective cover, locked inside for greater safety,
- a water and feathers discharge. A collecting tray has to be placed under (not provided),
- an emergency stop.
This chicken plucker is made of AISI type 304 stainless steel, delivered already assembled and complies with CE norms.
