This drum plucker is provided with a large drum, to quickly pluck the biggest poultry. This poultry plucker is intended for wet plucking. It allows you to pluck scalded poultry manually, one by one. The M55 drum plucker is suitable for chickens, turkeys, guinea fowls, Muscovy ducks, etc. This poultry plucker is particularly appropriate for small and manual processing units.
The rotary drum of the M55 plucker is fitted with rubber plucking fingers and is driven by a drive belt and a motor. To pluck poultry, the operator has to present scalded birds against the plucking fingers, manually, one by one.
The M55 drum plucker is provided with a protective cover preventing feathers scattering.
The plucking time may vary depending on the operator’s skill and on the scalding conditions.
This drum plucker is also available with smaller drums (M25 drum plucker and M33 drum plucker).
Entirely made of stainless steel.
