Cut-up cone to facilitate the cut-up of any type of poultry. It has a conical shape and is fitted with a mounting base, to be mounted on a cutting table. This poultry cut-up cone enables precise cutting while limiting losses. Allow you to debone all types of poultry easily and quickly.
Poultry cut-up cone made of a HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) cone mounted on a rotary stainless steel axis, fitted with a mounting base intended to screw the cut-up cone on a cutting table.
This rotary cut-up cone allows the operator to rotate the poultry during cut-up.
It is designed with a green cone, so that if plastic chips happen they can be easily detected.
Other cut-up cones are also available, depending on the type of poultry to cut-up:
