Cut-up cone specially designed for ducks, to be mounted on a cutting table. This cut-up cone facilitates ducks cut up. It can also be used for the biggest birds (turkeys, geese, large free-range chicken, etc.). It allows the operator to debone ducks more quickly and easily while ensuring precise cutting and limiting losses.
Cut-up cone for ducks made up of a HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) cone, mounted on a stainless steel axis fitted with a mounting base that has to be screwed on a cutting table thanks to two screws (not provided).
This rotary cut-up cone allows the operator to rotate duck while cutting up. Other cut-up cones are also available, depending on the type of poultry: specially designed for chicken (thiner), specially designed for chicken and turkey (with a conical shape), specially designed for quails and pigeons (with a smaller diameter), and a universal cut-up cone suitable for any type of poultry.
