Cut-up cone mounted on an axis fitted with a mounting base allowing you to screw the cut-up cone on a cutting table. Perfect for the precise cutting of quails and pigeons while limiting losses. Makes quails and pigeons deboning fast and easy.
Cut-up cone made up of a HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) cone mounted on a stainless steel axis, that can be screwed on a cutting table thanks to two screws (not included).
This rotary cut-up cone allows the operator to rotate quails and pigeons easily during cut-up. We can also provide other cut-up cones, depending on the type of poultry to be cut-up:
- a cut-up cone for chicken,
- a cut-up cone for chicken and turkey,
- a cut-up cone for ducks,
- a universal cut-up cone suitable for any type of poultry.
