A wide range of cutting knives allowing you to process the different stages of poultry cut-up. Two types of knives are available for use in the food industry: professional cutting knives fitted with standard stainless steel blades and polypropylene handles or high-quality knives made of Sandvik stainless steel, a more durable material, and ultra-comfort bi-material handles. With straight back, narrow blade or curved back, our cutting knives are available with various blade lengths, for all uses. We also provide any kind of fillet knives, butcher knives or cleavers enabling the cutting of poultry carcasses.
