Description

The DIT 80 rotary plucker with adjustable speed is made of AISI 304 SB stainless steel. It is intended for the wet plucking of several birds simultaneously. The plucking machine capacity may vary depending on the type of poultry and on its weight and size.
The DIT 80 rotary plucker with adjustable speed is fitted with:
- a removable drum with a rotary bottom,
- an adjustable speed system to adjust the speed of the rotary bottom depending on the type of poultry to be plucked,
- two types of rubber plucking fingers (DIT ONE 65T plucking fingers and DIT ONE 65S plucking fingers, available as spare parts): half of them have a ribbed surface and the other half is fitted with studs for greater efficiency,
- a water spraying system to evacuate removed feathers,
- plastic adjustable feet,
- seals on the frame and plastic supporting legs to reduce noise,
- a protective cover, locked inside for greater safety,
- a water and feathers discharge. A collecting tray has to be placed under (not provided),
- an emergency stop,
- a power cable with an industrial 220V plug.
