Convenient folding pocket thermometer.

Description

This folding thermometer has a fixed stainless steel probe with a length of 103 mm. Its food compatibility provides impressive versatility for HACCP requirements (ambient, liquid and semi-solid measurements).

From -30 to 170 °C, easily measure the temperature of your food thanks to the 0.1°C resolution for a measurement accuracy of ±0.2 °C.

Extra value: The Cal Check function ensures that the device is in good electronic condition and detects any defects that could affect your measurements. Each time you switch on the device, the internal calibration and measuring accuracy are checked. You will then be notified if there are any problems. 

This thermometer is waterproof (even floats on water if accidentally dropped), IP65, and EN 13485 compliant.

For convenient use upon receipt, the device is equipped with 2 x CR2032 Li-ion batteries (approx. 4,000 working hours).
