Four-wheel carcass container made of polyethylene. Facilitates poultry wastes collection and handling (feathers, blood, viscera, carcasses, feet, etc.) in accordance with the environmental and hygiene regulations. Recommended by the major renderers.

Description

This four-wheel carcass container made of HDPE and galvanized steel is rot-resistant, UV and frost-resistant and has been tropicalised.
The four-wheel carcass container is provided with:
- a lid,
- a tilting mechanism with a hook,
- four wheels: two fixed and two swivel.
- an easy and safe emptying system (patented system),
- stainless steel omegas and screws,
- a four meter marine rope.
This four-wheel carcass container is numbered and can be used with an electronic chip, if needed (electronic chip not provided).
It is available in three capacities: 250L, 535L or 670L. Other carcass containers with smaller or larger capacities are also available: two-wheel carcass containers, composite material four-wheel carcass containers.
Various options are also available upon request: tailor-made dimensions, removable tilting mechanism, letter box, container with no bolt, tab for wind protection closure system, braked wheel, anti-swinging system (during the opening), drainplug, forklift pockets, lid blocking system, documents holder, safety hook.
