Specially designed for butchers, the equipment includes :

• Level of display trays (3 to 5 depending on length chosen) for poultry and fresh meat
• Top shelf for dry products
• Integrated refrigeration unit

Cold is ventilated on 1 level thanks to a complete system. The evaporator draws heat from inside the display case to produce cold. It is fitted with an expansion valve to reduce the pressure and temperature of the refrigerant. The evaporator is treated with cataphoresis, an anti-corrosion coating known to preserve thermal efficiency and prevent the proliferation of mould and bacteria.

The display case naturally produces condensation, the drip tray must be emptied once it is full. The front ventilation is also non-condensing to ensure that your products are perfectly presented in all circumstances.

For easy cleaning, the front glass (6 mm tempered) is mounted on a tilting aluminium profile, and the side glass can even be removed. The feet of the refrigerated display case are adjustable for installation and levelling.

Aesthetically pleasing and modern, the front panel can be customised. You can choose from a wide range of colours and finishes, adding character and originality to the store. The black steel structure of the display case also features LED lighting.

As an option, you can add a corner fitting (45° or 60° angle) with or without front glass, a cash desk or a low sideboard. At the rear, on the operator's side, you can also add cutting boards or a scale support.
