This washing machine for poultry transport crates is equipped with a tunnel consisting of 11 high-pressure PVC wash ramps over a total length of 1.10 m. The ramps feature wide slits to prevent clogging and ensure continuous, uniform cleaning.

The conveyor system, driven by a variable-speed motor and a steel chain with cleats, ensures smooth and controlled movement, capable of washing every type of crates (adjustable speed set by a mechanical variator).

Rinsing with clean water at the end of the cycle removes all traces of dirty water from inside the crates, ensuring optimal hygiene and compliance with the sanitary requirements of the poultry industry.

This installation requires a 32A three-pole circuit breaker (Class D) with a Euro 32A three-phase + ground outlet. The electrical connections are provided as a guide for a power supply located near the machine (approximately 5 meters). However, your electrician must recalculate the cable gauge and the rating of the circuit breakers based on the length of the power supply run to your low-voltage distribution panel.
