The washer is equipped with a high-powered washing system capable of handling various types of crates and cages, with adjustable speed controlled by a mechanical variator. The drive system, featuring a motorized variator on a stainless steel chain with guide pins, ensures smooth movement of the crates, guaranteeing consistent and uniform cleaning.

The 2 stainless steel wash ramps, equipped with abrasion-resistant stainless steel nozzles, are positioned at precise angles to reach all interior and exterior surfaces of the crates without wasting energy. An exit rinse ramp with 6 nozzles completely removes any traces of dirty water, ensuring perfect hygiene before use.

The machine is mounted on a 304L stainless steel frame equipped with casters (2 fixed and 2 swivel casters with brakes), making it easy to move and set up. The adjustable stainless steel guide allows the machine to be adapted to different crate sizes.

The 650-liter water tank, featuring a diamond-pointed bottom, facilitates draining and maintenance. Large side openings ensure quick and efficient cleaning. A large filter drawer collects waste and prevents system clogging.

The crate washer includes:

• a stainless steel pump with an energy-efficient IE3 motor (11 kW)
• a 15 kW heating system
• a closed-loop recycled water system

This system ensures extended washing autonomy while reducing water consumption and operating costs.

To improve waste collection, a rotating filter drum is available as an optional feature upon request.

Important note:

This crate washer requires a 50A three-pole circuit breaker (Class D) with a 63A three-phase Euro socket. The electrical connections provided are for reference only, assuming the power source is located approximately 5 meters from the machine. An electrician must recalculate the cable gauge and circuit breaker rating based on the distance to the low-voltage distribution panel (LVDP).
