AISI 304 stainless steel trolley with deep-drawn stainless steel trays. On 4 swivel castors (2 with brakes), diameter 100 mm. The space between the trays is 255 mm.
Designed and manufactured in France.
Supplied in kit form. Several tray sizes available.
Maintenance
This service trolley must be cleaned after each use to ensure good hygiene conditions. Do not use chlorine, which is banned in the food industry and would dull the stainless steel. Clean with a food-grade disinfectant detergent that can be used with a central cleaning unit or with soap and water (e.g. washing-up liquid) using a soft/floury hand brush. A table scraper or nylon scraper can also be used. Do not clean with bleach, which could stain the stainless steel. For perfect disinfection, use a no-rinse spray disinfectant.
