Tubular chilling trolley to store eviscerated poultry for chilling.
This tubular chilling trolley is made up of:
- A stainless steel tubular structure,
- 4 polyamide castors with stainless steel housing (available as spare parts): 2 fixed castors and 2 swivel castors. These castors comply with the norm EN 12532.
- 10, 12 or 16 racks. Each rack is fitted with a double transverse tube to retain birds.
Delivered already assembled: ready to use.
Made in France.
