This unit includes:

• 1 intuitive control panel
• 1 robust, curved lid with a safety switch
• 2 sealing bars
• 1 large, convenient chamber
• 4 wheels, 2 with brakes

With 4 wheels, this machine is practical and easy to move around. It has brakes, so it stays still when you need it to.

For more productivity, the machine has 2 sealing bars, one opposite the other. This allows several vacuum bags to be sealed at the same time. As shown in the photos, this model is ideal for packaging whole poultry (three small chickens can be packaged simultaneously). 

Fully programmable, it is easy to adjust the vacuum pressure, sealing time, sealing temperature, and cooling time on the control panel.

The chamber can be reduced if necessary using the filling plates provided for this purpose. 

A maintenance kit (oil, Teflon tape, metal wire, sealing gasket, etc.) is supplied with the machine.

Please note: We now supply two chamber vacuum machines. Some spare parts are available online. Please check that each part ordered corresponds to the desired machine or the one you have already purchased. 

Use and maintenance

It's easy to use: place the food in the vacuum bag and place it on the sealing bar with the opening facing up. Close the lid and in a few seconds, it's done.

A damp cloth, water, and mild detergent are all you need to thoroughly clean the machine. Then simply wipe all surfaces with a soft cloth.
