This electronarcosis device includes 1 ASSOMELEC control panel, 1 92G poultry stunner and 1 connection cable.

The intuitive control panel has pre-set profiles, grouping together the different parameters of an electronarcosis cycle for each type of poultry:

• current used in mA,
• cycle time in seconds,
• resistance threshold value in Ohms (detection of the poultry before the cycle starts).

Current is applied around the poultry's head to stun it before slaughter. This current is regulated in accordance with EC regulations. During the cycle, the control panel adjusts the voltage applied to the animal and delivers the programmed current intensity. Cycles are therefore reduced compared with fixed-voltage electronarcosis systems.

The features and conditions of each cycle are recorded in a text file, in compliance with the requirements of the European regulation. All you have to do is download these records, compatible with any spreadsheet program, via the free "Assomelec" application. Thanks to this app, your device's software can be updated free of charge forever.

With the 92G stunner, simply hold the poultry by its legs and place its head between the two electrodes (depending on the type of poultry, it is possible to bring the two copper bars closer together by unscrewing the casing on one side and pulling the wires connected to the copper bars). Clean the stunner after each slaughter session, avoiding bleach.

By law, anyone using the equipment must wear electrically insulating clothing (electrically insulating mats and insulating gloves sold separately).
