Stainless steel rotary killing cone stand fitted with 4 cones for ducks and geese. This rotary killing cone stand helps restraining birds while bleeding and to avoid wing damage and bruising. Its collecting tray allows you to let birds bleed a few minutes before scalding and plucking.

Description

Stainless steel rotating bleeder on feet, designed for ducks and geese, with :

4 rotating and removable stainless steel bleeding cones. There is an opening along the entire length of the cone for easy positioning of the birds.
1 green plastic tray to collect the blood once the birds have been bled.
1 stainless steel tripod with 3 swivel castors, one of which has a brake, to make moving the bleeder easier.

Also available with 5 poultry cones.

Use and care instructions :

Position the anaesthetised duck or goose in a cone, head downwards.
Bleed by passing the head through the opening.
Rotate the cones so that you can bleed another bird.
Leave the bird to bleed for a few moments in the cones before taking it out to be scalded or plucked.

Clean after each slaughtering session: it can be completely dismantled for easy cleaning.
