Keep your products vacuum-packed up to 5 times longer!

Our new compact stainless steel vacuum sealer with transparent Plexiglas lid and stable rubber feet will fit neatly on your work table or countertop. It is suitable for all meats and other solid or soft foods (maximum vacuum of 0.96 mbar).

The intuitive control panel lets you fully automate your work by adjusting vacuum time and pressure, as well as sealing time and temperature. Moreover, thanks to the 406mm sealing bar, you can pack your food in bags with openings up to 400mm.

This vacuum packaging machine also offers other features such as:

Impulse function: Use the Impulse Seal button to pack soft products.

Pulse function: When packaging fragile foods, use the Pulse button to regulate the vacuum pressure. This will prevent damage to your products and seal the bag just as tightly.

Seal function: Thanks to the Seal button, you can pack your products hermetically without vacuum packing.

Use and maintenance

Only suitable for embossed vacuum bags (available on our website in size 300x400 mm in boxes of 500 or bags of 100).

First, choose a suitable bag size and place product inside. To ensure a good seal, make sure there is enough space (+/- 5 cm) between the product and the open end. Place the open end of the bag over the seal wire and vacuum chamber gasket into the vacuum chamber. Make sure the entire width of the bag is within sealing area. Close and press the lid.

Press the Start button to start vacuum sealing process or press Seal to seal only. After the (vacuum) sealing process has started you can release the lid. During the vacuum and sealing process the digital display will count down from default setting to 0.

When using vacuum packing rolls: Create a bag from the tube by sealing the open end first. Then measure the tube to the size of your product, add +/- 5 cm extra and cut the Tube Roll. Place your product inside the bag and follow the same steps as for bags.

To prevent the sealing bar from overheating and possibly burning out, always start with a short sealing time of aproximately 2-3 seconds. Afterwards, check if a proper seal is made and then increase or decrease the sealing time accordingly. It is recommended to always keep the sealing time to a required minimum.

Clean the device using a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Never hose down or immerse in water or any other liquid.
