Manual double rail conveyor for hanging and manually moving poultry through the poultry slaughtering process. Perfectly adapted to small slaughterhouses. This manual conveyor is very practical and reduces the workload.
The manual rail conveyor is composed of several elements:
- Double stainless steel manual rail conveyor on frame. A stainless steel tee on which circulates 12 or 16 Delrin carts (depending on the length chosen) equipped with ball bearings and 12 or 16 stainless steel Ø8mm wire suspension brackets.
- Two corner elements called hangers of Ø320 180° composed of a stainless steel Té rail 60 x 50
- Delrin carts composed of two green half stirrups (in resin) equipped with blue plastic wheels with stainless steel balls, which move on the tee rail.
- Suspension brackets mounted under the half racks are used to suspend poultry. There are several types of shackles adapted to the different types of poultry produced (some references of stirrups are available for sale online as spare parts). Hangers can be used to obtain the desired height.
- 4 adjustable support feet.

Advice on use and maintenance:
For the proper functioning of the manual conveyor, regular maintenance is required depending on your slaughter rates.
The manual conveyor must be rinsed after each day of slaughter to get rid of all feathers, traces of blood and small residues of poultry. Avoid using bleach on metal surfaces to avoid staining them.
