Ideal for absorbing exudates when packing in trays or vacuum-packing.
Use these pads in your dry trays or vacuum bags to absorb the exudate from meat, poultry or sausages. They can also be used for other foodstuffs such as fruit, cheese or fish.
To suit both black and white trays, this model is double-sided. Simply choose the colour you need. The pad pulp has been heat-treated on both sides to ensure high fluid absorption and effective retention.
Perfect for chicken, chicken/turkey and large poultry trays. Sold by 400 (2 bags of 200) or carton of 5,600 pads.
Avoid humidity or extreme temperatures when storing.
These pads comply with Directive (EU) No. 10/2011 and its amendments on plastics intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
