Shackles for quail and pigeon hanging, to facilitate the different stages of the slaughtering process and to contribute to good hygiene conditions.
Shackles have to be mounted below trolleys so that slaughtered quails and pigeons can be hung by both legs. This quail and pigeon shackle is fitted with a hanger rod and with two leg recesses with two different widths, depending on the type of bird and on the slaughtering stage. These shackles are designed for a maximum leg diameter of 5mm. Trolleys not provided (quotation upon request).
