This boning knife is fitted with a narrow and sharp blade for horizontal deboning and cutting up. The rigid narrow blade offers a better ease of manipulation around bones. This is a professional, strong and handy knife.

Description

Boning knife made up of Molybdenum stainless steel (with 0.40% carbon and 13% chromium) for better performance, durability, ease of use and cleaning (resistance to corrosion).
It is fitted with an overmoulded polypropylene handle, ergonomic and non-slip for a good grip. The bolster and the butt of the knife protect the operator’s hand while cutting up.
The narrow blade boning knife complies with the HACP standards and is made in France. It is available with 3 blade lengths, depending on the size of the bones to be removed: 11 cm, 14 cm or 17 cm.
