Burdis Disinfectant detergent for food industry - pack of 2 x 5L

Specific disinfectant detergent for use in the food processing industry. Can be used with the cleaning and disinfection station. Powerful degreaser with foaming agents to better visualize treated surfaces and rinsing result. For floor and surfaces degreasing in the agri-food industry (walls, work surfaces, equipment, transport vehicles, cold rooms, etc.).

Description

Foaming disinfectant detergent for the agri-food industry approved for treatment (approval number 2060202):
- bactericide 15 minutes, 1 %, 20°C (EN 1040, EN 1276, EN 13697)
- fungicide 15 minutes, 2 %, 20°C (EN 1275, EN 1650, EN 13697)
Concentrated solution, chlorine-free, made up of: didecyldimethylammonium chloride (CAS number 7173-51-5: 35 mg/g), excipients. Contains no sodium hypochlorite.
Biocidal product for floors and surfaces disinfection, in contact or not with foodstuffs (Group 1-TP 2 & 4).
This detergent is a very powerful and effective disinfectant, even in the presence of organic and mineral microbial stains on bacteria, yeasts or mildews. Non corrosive towards stainless steel.

- Density at +20°C: ≈ 1.07
- Pure product pH at +20°C: ≈ 12
- 1% dilution pH: ≈ 11.7
