Description

This boning knife is made up of Molybdenum stainless steel (with 0.40% carbon and 13% chromium) for better performance, durability, ease of use and cleaning (resistance to corrosion).
It is fitted with an overmoulded polypropylene handle, ergonomic and non-slip for a good grip. The bolster and the butt of the knife protect the operator’s hand while cutting up. The operator’s hand is protected by the bolster and the butt of the knife while cutting up.
This large blade boning knife is available with various blade lengths: 11, 14, 17 or 20 cm.
Made in France, complies with the HACCP standards.
